find your bodies natural alignment:
release chronic tension: improve posture: discover newfound freedom in your body.
ABOUT ME
I’ve always been passionate about health and helping people feel their best in their bodies. That passion led me to earn a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Health and complete my 730-hour Structural Integration training.
I love helping people feel more aligned, empowered, and at home in their bodies. I believe that when we reorganize the myofascial system, the body can find a more natural balance with gravity. This can create greater ease, freedom of movement, and a deeper sense of embodiment.
One of the things I appreciate most about structural integration is that it focuses on creating lasting structural change rather than temporary relief. I also value the relationships that develop through this work. Supporting someone through meaningful change in their body is a collaborative process, and it’s something I feel deeply honored to be part of.
By nature, I’m a cheerleader for my clients. I love helping people discover what their bodies are capable of and empowering them to create long-term postural change, resilience, and greater ease in everyday life.

SI is a holistic system of soft tissue manipulation and movement education that organizes the whole body in gravity. This "realignment" of posture helps the body feel and work better. SI affects the body's structure and alignment by manipulating the myofascial system (connective tissue, or fascia). The movement aspects of SI help to repattern how the nervous system controls our movement, coordination and posture. Research has demonstrated that SI creates more efficient muscle use, allows the body to conserve energy, and creates more economical and refined patterns of movement.

We begin with an intake interview where we discuss why you want to receive SI, your physical history, and how you are currently feeling. This is also a time when I can answer any questions you have about the process. Next I will analyze your body structure and its functioning. To do this I look at you in standing or walking, places hands on your shoulders and hips to feel the alignment of your body and how it is balanced. From the analysis, I form an outline of a treatment plan. At each step of the process we are evaluating the progress of treatment based on your body’s response, and your feedback.

This “recipe” is how I was trained to create long lasting changes in the bosy. The goal of which is to systematically balance and optimize both the structure (shape) and function (movement) of the entire body in gravity over the course of ten sessions. (Most people should start to see the results they are looking for within one to three sessions.)
Each session focuses on freeing restrictions or holdings trapped in a particular region or layer of the body. After each session the client has a focus goal of one particular area. I recommend about 1-2 weeks between each session to allow for you integrate new patterns in your body.
What is Structural Integration?
Structural Integration is a hands-on approach to bodywork that works with the body’s connective tissue, called fascia, to improve alignment and posture. By releasing patterns of chronic tension and bringing awareness to how the body moves, it helps create greater ease, mobility, and balance in everyday movement.
