ABOUT ME

Hello - I am Blair & I’ve always been passionate about health and helping people feel their best in their bodies. That passion led me to earn a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Health and complete my Rolfing® Integration training program.

I love helping people feel more aligned, empowered, and at home in their bodies. I believe that when we reorganize the myofascial system, the body can find a more natural balance with gravity. This can create greater ease, freedom of movement, and a deeper sense of embodiment.

One of the things I appreciate most about Rolfing® is that it focuses on creating lasting structural change rather than temporary relief. I also value the relationships that develop through this work. Supporting someone through meaningful change in their body is a collaborative process, and it’s something I feel deeply honored to be part of.

By nature, I’m a cheerleader for my clients. I love helping people discover what their bodies are capable of and empowering them to create long-term postural change, resilience, and greater ease in their everyday life.
